Epic Systems, a privately-owned medical records software company, has no ordinary headquarters. Forget cubicles and drab meeting rooms. At Epic, employees spend their workday walking down the yellow brick road to Emerald City, meeting in a treehouse to discuss new ideas or in a monthly company-wide all-hands held in Deep Space.
